0x800401fa errormessage

Hi,
while executing asp page I am error message as msxml3.dll error '800401fa'.
Kindly let me know , what would be the problem and how to resolve it.

I am doing xml parsing inside the code. Also contacting vb components.

Can you show us your code using MSXML?
