MSXML4 error

[laBOMBA]

I can't seem to install the MSXML4 Parser.
When i try to install it, it gives the following error: "An error occured
during the installation of assembly component
{303994BA-6487-47AE-AF1D-7AF6088EEBDB} HRESULT: 0x80070002"

Anyone any bright ideas how to solve it?

Hi,
Were you able to resolve this? I too am researching a similar problem. A
couple of ideas I've come across:

1. Disable any anti spyware,adware programs.
2. Copy the installation image local and run from there.

The error itself means the installation can't find a file (which is
unlikely since compiled into a MSI).
